For the past eight years, Resources to Inspire Students and Educators (RISE) has been named "one of the best" small non-profit organizations in the Washington, D.C., area. Come work for our team!
RISE is looking for experienced tutors (High School) to work with students at Anacostia High School, E.L. Haynes Public Charter School, Ballou STAY or Roosevelt STAY Opportunity Academy, which serves older youth. It's preferable that tutors have at least ten year's experience teaching or tutoring (not required). We are looking for ELA, Math, Science, and English Language Learning (ESL- Spanish) tutors to support our youth for the SY 23'/24'.
